Three steps, fixed quotes

Start with one client file. You see my work before you commit to anything bigger.

  1. Health Check

    $150, credited if you sign within 30 days

    I review one client file. You get a written diagnosis of what's wrong and a fixed quote to fix it. Delivered within 5 business days of access. If I don't find at least 3 specific issues worth fixing, you get your $150 back.

  2. Cleanup

    $175–$325 per month behind

    I catch the books up month by month until every payout ties to the bank. Light $175, Standard $250 or Complex $325 per month behind, set in the Health Check quote.

  3. Monthly Close

    $300 or $450 per client per month

    Closed and reconciled by business day 10, or that month is 50% off. Each month you get a Close Pack under your firm's name.

My guarantee

Health Check. If the Health Check doesn't show you at least 3 specific issues worth fixing in your client's books, you get your $150 back. No questions asked.

Monthly Close. Your client's books are closed and reconciled by the 10th business day of each month, or that month is 50% off. If I make an error, I fix it at no charge. No long-term contract: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

The deadline applies once I have access and the month's statements by business day 3.

How I handle your data

Your client data stays in your firm's systems. You stay in control of access.

  • I work only inside your firm's QBO Accountant or Xero access.
  • You stay admin. You can remove my access at any time.
  • I never touch bank logins.
  • MFA on every account I use.
  • I sign an NDA before any access.
  • Client data never goes into AI tools without your written OK.
  • I delete exported reports once the work is done.
